Cancellations
and Refunds

Tour
Packages refunds are subject
to a $50.00 cancellation charge per adult. This charge will be in
addition to any other cancellation charges imposed by airlines
and/or hotels. All requests for refunds must be in writing and
sent (with return receipt) to the Operator. Cancellation charges
are as follows: Forty (40) to Sixty (60) days prior to departure -
$75.00; Fifteen (15) to Thirty-nine (39) days prior to departure -
$100.00; Eight (8) to Fourteen (14) prior to departure - 50%;
Seven (7) days or less - 100%, No Refund.

All
requests for refunds after a trip must be made through the Booking
Agent and submitted to the Operator within 30 days after
completion of the tour. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
All appropriate receipts
and documentation MUST accompany the refund request. No refund
will be made for unused features.

Check-In
|
 |
|
All international flights
require check-in two hours (or more) prior to departure. Check
with the airline for individual requirements. Failure to check-in
as instructed by individual carrier may result in denial of
boarding and a refund will not be granted.

Luggage
|
 |
|
A maximum of two bags per
person with a combined length, width and height of 107 inches
(economy class) and 124 inches (first class), provided no bag
exceeds 62 inches and/or 70 lbs. plus "under seat" with
total dimensions of 45 inches. Excess baggage will be charged at
the established rates. Contact the air carrier directly if loss or
damage to your luggage occurs.

Proof
of Citizenship

Passport, voter
registration card, birth certificate or certificate of
naturalization are acceptable for U.S. citizens, when presented
with photo I.D. Non-US. citizens must check with the appropriate
consulate for necessary documents. Failure to have proper
identification as instructed by consulate and/or airline may
result in denial of boarding and a refund will not be granted.
Africa-bound passengers, please ensure that you have the necessary
visa if required and a Certificate of Vaccination with appropriate
and required immunizations.

Responsibilities

(Operator) in consideration for a Participant's payment agrees to
provide these travel tours. The Operator does not own or operate,
nor is it an agent for any of these firms which will provide goods
and services for the trip or for any options which may be
available in connection with the trip and occasional hotel/airline
overbooking. Accordingly, Participants agree to seek remedies
directly with the supplier and not to hold the Operator liable.
